The terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Island of Jersey and any dispute relating to them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey. “The Council” refers to the Jersey Branch Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
