Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984 - proposed amendments - consultation
A consultation paper has been issued on reform of the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984. The paper can be accessed at www.gov.je/economicdevelopment/
The purpose of this consultation paper is to give interested parties an opportunity to comment on the options set out. Draft legislation will be prepared taking into account comments from respondents as appropriate. Further consultation on the form of the draft legislation will follow in due course.
