The ICSA Certificate and Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration
These stand-alone qualifications have been created to provide a unique and highly relevant training opportunity specifically for those employed in the offshore finance sector. The ICSA Certificate and Diploma are each made up of four modules and can be studied full-time, part-time, by distance learning or self-study.
The ICSA Certificate is a foundation qualification, which provides an introduction to the offshore finance sector. It is aimed at administrators in offshore business organisations. There are no formal entry requirements, although candidates should be in a relevant position.
The ICSA Diploma builds upon the underpinning principles of the ICSA Certificate. It is aimed at those with experience of the offshore industry, such as administrators in junior supervisory roles, who wish to develop their knowledge further. The Diploma is open to those who have successfully completed the ICSA Certificate or other qualifications deemed by the ICSA to be equivalent to the Certificate.
The ICSA International Qualifying Scheme
Candidates who successfully complete the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration, who wish to progress, will be eligible for direct entry into the ICSA Professional Programme. If you have a university degree, you may follow the prescribed route for graduates depending on the subject of your degree.
The ICSA International Qualifying Scheme is unique in offering broad based, post graduate training in corporate governance, law, finance, administration, corporate secretaryship and management. No other professional body in the business area offers the breadth of knowledge which the ICSA’s qualification provides.
The ICSA International Qualifying Scheme consists of two Parts. Both Parts I and II are made up of four modules each. Exemptions from certain modules in Part I are available at the discretion of the Institute. Modules may be studied by distance learning using study texts provided by ICSA. However, there are tuition providers who offer full-time, part-time, evening and revision courses.
